Known for its smoky, flavour-packed dishes, Hotbox is giving South London a taste of what it does best before its big Shoreditch comeback next year.
Hotbox is taking over three units at Pop Brixton, including an outdoor terrace that’s getting its own barbecue smoker. Whether you’re up for a sit-down meal in their 50-seat restaurant or just want something quick and tasty, they’ve got you covered. For grab-and-go bites, look out for Hawker by Hotbox, their new offshoot brand that’ll keep you fuelled on the move.
It’s been a journey for Hotbox, which first started as a street food favourite at spots like Dalston Yard and Model Market. After opening their first permanent restaurant in Spitalfields in 2014, they faced some setbacks, but now they’re back in action under new ownership and with big plans in the works. With a Shoreditch location set to open in May 2025, Hotbox is just getting started – and we couldn’t be more excited.
