Dust off your lederhosen and get ready to raise a stein, because Oktoberfest on the Common is making its grand return to Clapham—and this time, it’s even bigger.
After a roaring debut, the festival is back to bring nine days of Bavarian brilliance to the heart of South West London.
If you thought last year’s event was big, just wait. Expect huge beer tents, traditional German steins, live music, bratwurst, pretzels, and more lederhosen than you can shake a sausage at. Whether you’re a seasoned Oktoberfest pro or just fancy a pint in full Bavarian spirit, this is the event for you.
Oktoberfest on the Common isn’t just back for 2025—it’s planning to stick around. Organisers have applied to Wandsworth Council for a three-year premises licence (2025, 2026, and 2027), allowing for nine days of Oktoberfest magic each year. That means ten epic sessions over eight days every autumn.
This is going to be one of Clapham’s biggest events of the year. Whether you’re a beer aficionado, a sausage connoisseur, or just looking for a good time, this is your excuse to go full Bavarian.
Tickets and further details will be dropping soon—so stay tuned and get ready to prost!
