The Windmill is a Clapham icon, and now you’ve got a chance to stay at their gorgeous hotel, breakfast included too!
The Windmill is a bit of a Clapham icon. Slap bang in the middle of the Common, it’s the perfect pub for post five-a-side refreshments on a weekend. But what about the gorgeous hotel? We headed down to have a snoop around the rooms and were enamoured by the quintessential charm of the place.
All the rooms are thoughtfully laid out with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay. Comfy mattresses, TV and radio, a well stocked mini-bar and Bramley toiletries in the bathroom makes for a boutique feel. If you’re lucky you might even get a glorious view overlooking the Common too. What could be better! Make sure you give yourself enough time in the morning to wake up to a delicious breakfast chez Windmill, they know how to make a top notch fry-up!
