Battersea’s gone barking mad for its latest campaign, and we’re all for it!
The fantastic folks at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home have teamed up with New Commercial Arts to let the real stars – the cats and dogs – do the talking. Leading the charge? Meet Rory, a three-year-old rescue pup who’s stealing hearts all over SW11!
Rory, once a lovable resident at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, is now the face of their latest campaign, Wear Blue for Rescue. And guess what? He’s come back to Battersea in style to see his name (and face) up in lights! From giant billboards to the backdrop of Battersea Power Station, Rory’s adorable mug is all over town, spreading a message that’s as heartwarming as it is important.
The campaign is all about celebrating rescue animals and encouraging more of us to give them a second chance. And what’s not to love? It’s even got messages aimed at our four-legged friends – “Woof wuff!” we hear you, Battersea!
This isn’t just about cute faces (although there are plenty of those!). It’s about showcasing the life-changing work of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. Thanks to their incredible care and dedication, Rory’s story has a very happy ending – he’s found a loving home and is now enjoying his newfound fame as Battersea’s latest celeb!
