Summer is almost here, and BFT Battersea is back with their epic 8-Week Challenge from June 10th to August 4th, 2024.

Why We Loved the 8-Week Challenge:

BFT stands for Body Fit Training, and after our last 8-week stint, we can confirm—our bodies feel fitter than ever. The challenge is structured to help you hit your goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, or getting back into a fitness routine. Here’s what made it amazing:

  • Variety of Classes: The classes change daily, mixing strength training with cardio. Each session is under an hour, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
  • Real-Time Effort Tracking: Personal heart rate monitors show your effort on the class boards, making it super satisfying.
  • Holistic Approach: The challenge includes nutrition advice, extra workshops (like Pilates and breath work), themed workouts, and a handy app to track your progress.
  • Community Feel: We met some incredible people who made every workout feel like a social event. We even found ourselves making healthier choices outside the gym!
