Black Culture Market returns to Brixton

Oh, how we love Black Culture Market!

It’s back at The Department Store in Brixton for the weekend of Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2025, and it’s set to be another brilliant celebration of African and Caribbean culture.

What Makes It So Special?

This isn’t your average market. Black Culture Market is all about giving emerging black businesses of African and Caribbean descent the platform they deserve. It’s a space to celebrate talent, support small enterprises, and champion the community. With over 40 traders, there’s going to be something for everyone:

  • Gorgeous gifts and greeting cards
  • Jewellery, fashion, and accessories
  • Natural skincare and male grooming kits
  • African art and educational toys
  • Books, cultural products, and so much more

And of course, no market would be complete without delicious food and cakes to keep you fuelled as you browse.
