August is South Asian Heritage month and to celebrate Tooting Works is hosting day of workshops and shows for everyone to get involved with.
On 15th August Pagrav Dance Company will be at Tooting Works between 10.30am and 3.30pm where they’ll be celebrating South Asian Heritage Month. The theme of the event is ‘recognise, respect, and reclaim our names’, which will be shown through 4 different events throughout the day:
It’s all about expression, connection and reconnection, so whether you want to join in with the dancing or if you’d rather sit back and observe, there will be something for you to get involved with. And it’s all for free!
