Drop on the Common, the beloved local wine shop, is excited to host Chef Max Brown for its next Chef’s Series event.
Chef Brown is currently dazzling diners at kolae in Borough Market. He has also made his mark with ventures like Smoking Goat and Brawn . Notably, his project, Noodle Neighbour, was featured in Mob Kitchen’s article, “Where To Find The Best Noodles in London.” It praised his innovative and unconventional approach to noodles.
This special series starts on Friday evening, 19th April, and continues all day Saturday, 20th April. It will showcase Chef Brown’s ability to blend Southern European and East Asian flavours. The Mob Kitchen article highlighted his creative flair. It noted his Sicilian-inspired noodles dressed with roast aubergine, fresh tomato, basil, chilli oil, and black vinegar. This shows his skill in crafting exciting, rule-defying dishes.
