The Chef Series is back at Bistro Union, showcasing the talent of Michelin-starred Trinity

Back by popular demand, the Chef Series is returning for 2025 at Bistro Union after a hugely successful run last year, and the lineup is looking seriously impressive.

Each month, Bistro Union is handing over the reins to members of their team, giving them the chance to bring Michelin-level expertise to their own menus, using top techniques and produce straight from Trinity, complete with expertly curated wine pairings.

Spotlighting rising talent

This isn’t just about the chefs—this is Michelin-trained talent at work. From the kitchen team to the front-of-house staff, sommeliers, and servers, this series is about showcasing the full talent behind Trinity and Bistro Union. It’s a chance for the entire team to step up, take creative control, and bring their own unique touch to an unforgettable dining experience.

Over the years, we’ve seen some of the finest team members from both venues move on to open their own restaurants, take on head chef roles, and shape the food scene in London and beyond.

Each event is one night only—a rare chance to experience Michelin-level dining at just £50 per person, with tickets capped at just £50 per person, making it a perfect value-for-money experience considering the lineup of seriously talented chefs, sommeliers, and front-of-house professionals. Expect bold flavours, stunning presentation, and a seamless service experience that ties it all together.

29th April – Tomoka, Jesse, and Jamie (£50 per person)

26th August – Kyla, Alex, India, and Kris (£50 per person)
30th September – Lizzy, George, and Mahalia (£50 per person)
28th October – Josh and Tadhg (£50 per person)
25th November – Stefano, Tommy, and John (£50 per person)

Hosted at Bistro Union on 40 Abbeville Road, London, each evening will feature unique, chef-designed menus, offering an insight into their culinary creativity and skills.
