‘Food for Thought’ immersive 7 course tasting menu

On the 21st September, The Windmill are hosting a 7 course supper club that will do good for the ocean… and your tastebuds.

The Windmill are hosting an event next week that you are not going to want to miss. A sustainable 7 course meal paired with gin cocktails… They’ve got our attention.

This event has been inspired by the ocean, sustainability and gin. A Holy Trinity that perhaps you didn’t know you needed. Until now. In collaboration with Plymouth Gin, this ‘Food for Thought’ dinner has been made with sustainably sourced ingredients that aim to support the ocean ecosystems through the Ocean Conservation Trust charity. It will be immersive and unique, with a seaside inspired cocktail pairing with the menu. To eat, you can expect the very best out of your 7 courses; Dorset snails, wood pigeon and a goat and marrow course will all work hard for your taste buds. This is certainly not one you’ll want to miss out on.
