Staying put this long weekend? We’ve put together the perfect itinerary for a perfect long weekend right here in Balham.

Friday night: Soho House

Find yourself the nearest member and frogmarch them to Soho House’s newest London location. Nab a table in the window (or outside in the sunshine if we are lucky), eat some pasta from Cecconis with a bottle of rose and get yourself ready for a perfect Bank Holiday. Check them out here.

Saturday all day: The Regent’s Rum Carnival

The Regent is giving you a full day of entertainment. Get involved with their epic bottomless brunch and then stick around for the Rum Carnival. There will be live music, a free drink and even a BBQ when the brunch wears off. If you’re in the mood for a big day of drinking rum punch and dancing, this is your spot. Check them out here.

Sunday morning: Milk

Might be obvious as a Balham favourite but you can’t go wrong with this quintessential spot. Brace for the queue; you know those eggs will be worth the wait. Make sure you save room for the banana bread for a banging brunch pud too. Check them out here.

Sunday afternoon: Puppy yoga

When the pancakes have digested and the hangover has subsided, maybe you’ll be in the mood to move. Take it gentle and book into an afternoon session with Pups Yoga. Classes are held at The Exhibit and are every bit as good as they sound. Puppies prancing about whilst you downward dog. Wholesome. Check them out here.

Monday afternoon: The Devonshire

Keep the BH spirit going all the way through with a trip to the Devonshire. One of the best beer gardens in Balham? We think so. And with the beach themed this is the perfect substitute for the actual seaside. Burgers, Aperols and great vibes for a Monday kick back. Check them out here.

Monday evening: Love Triangle Pizza

Hunker down on Monday night with a Love triangle pizza delivery. Get a film on and get a slice of some delicious pizza to get you set up for the (short) week ahead. Plus for every order they’ll donate a meal to a food bank. You get to eat pizza and help someone in need! Win win. Check them out here.
