It’s time to do some good, and Megan’s is here to help you start your day right!
On Tuesday, 8th October, the much-loved neighbourhood spot will be hosting a charity breakfast, and you’re invited. From 8:30 am to 12 pm, all food and drink sales will go directly to Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. That’s right – every coffee, croissant, and stack of pancakes you order will make a real difference!
Shooting Star Children’s Hospices is a seriously amazing charity. They provide vital care and support to families from diagnosis through to end-of-life and bereavement. Serving families across Surrey, southwest London, and northwest London, it’s a natural fit for Megan’s, with many of their locations nestled in these areas.
Megan’s has been on a mission to support local communities, and this breakfast is just one way they’re giving back. Their partnership with Shooting Star Children’s Hospices is a big deal, but it’s not the only cause they support. They’ve already raised over £120,000 for a bunch of charities – we’re talking Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Off the Record in Twickenham, Albrighton Community Fridge food bank in East Dulwich, Willow Foundation in Welwyn Garden City, and XLP Youth Charity in Islington, just to name a few.
So, why not make your breakfast count? Come along, tuck into some of Megan’s tasty treats, and feel good knowing that every bite is helping a great cause.
If you’re local to a Megan’s and have a charity that’s close to your heart, they’d love to hear from you. Drop them a line at community@megans.co.uk and see how they might be able to support.
8th October is the date. Mark it in your diary, rally your mates, and make sure you pop by for a breakfast that’s doing some good. See you there!
