An egg-citing new Pancake Day collab lands at Battersea Power Station

Pancake Day just got a serious upgrade.

Where The Pancakes Are has teamed up with St. Ewe Free Range Eggs to bring a limited-edition dish to their London locations—and trust us, you’re going to want to try this.

Introducing the CFC (Cornflake Fried Chicken) Pancakes

This isn’t your average pancake stack. The CFC comes in two equally mouth-watering variations:

  • Brunch Edition: Think crispy cornflake-crusted buttermilk chicken, a perfectly fried egg, creamy avocado, hollandaise, and house pickles, all piled onto a fluffy buttermilk pancake.
  • All-Day Edition: A bolder twist featuring kimchi, sriracha dip, and corn on the cob for a serious flavour punch.

Free pancakes? Yep, you read that right.

To celebrate, the first 25 customers at each Where The Pancakes Are location—Battersea Power Station, Fitzrovia, and London Bridge—will bag a free pancake dish on Tuesday, 4th March. That’s 75 free plates up for grabs, but you’ll need to be quick because once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Doing good while eating good

This isn’t just about indulgence. £1 from every CFC dish sold will be donated to The Farming Community Network (FCN), a charity supporting UK farmers and rural communities. So, you can tuck in knowing you’re helping a great cause.

More pancakes, more joy

If fried chicken pancakes aren’t your thing, the menu still delivers with classics like:

  • The American – bacon, blueberries & maple syrup.
  • The Recovery – nutty apricot granola, almond butter & banana.
  • The Black Forest Berries – pancakes smothered in Callebaut 70% chocolate.

Set your alarms, round up your pancake-loving crew, and head to Where The Pancakes Are for a flipping good time. Because Pancake Day only comes once a year—go big or go home.
