Pique has been running from their Earlsfield location since 2017, where they’ve been dishing out their Pique boxes to hungry people within the M25. They’ve got a really cool concept going on; they’ve got their hampers which are themed to specific events: Birthday Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, The Pique-Nique, Movie Night Box Set… which are customisable to dietaries and numbers of people. And they also do catering on a larger scale- they’ve just released their Christmas menus which are perfect for big office parties or family gatherings.

Now they’re expanding their offerings to a proper brick and mortar site in Battersea. They’ll be opening at 171 Lavender Hill and will be serving breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday and brunch on the weekends. Later on in the week they’ll even be open “as an aperitif restaurant” where they’ll be cooking up small plates and great wines. They’ve also said that “We want to become a part of the community and a neighbourhood hub with plenty of sociable events & clubs; from life drawing; new mum coffee mornings; supper clubs & singles nights; fortnightly Sunday roast clubs…. all ideas are welcome. It will be a place to come and work from home; a cosy spot to meet with friends in the winter, and a sociable after work spot in the summer…All dog friendly of course!“.
