The Murphia list is out! Celebrating some of the finest Irish minds in the food and drink world, here’s where you should be eating in the SW.
Or should we say… the South West ‘munchons’.
The Murphia list compiles the most influential Irish influencers in the hospitality business. It collects chefs, front of house, food writers, restaurants and pubs to pull together a selection of the most exciting places where you can get food and drink in London.
We couldn’t let it go by without celebrating some of the South West establishments that have been given a shout out:
The hospitality scene is still a tricky place post-covid times. Many places are struggling to get back on their feet after a few tumultuous years or lockdowns and enforced closure so it feels even better that there are lists like this to really highlight the (Irish) cream of the crop.
Robin and Sarah Gill have also been included in the list- they are the minds behind Clapham Common’s The Dairy (now closed) and one of our favourite pasta spots Sorella. The exciting news is that they’re planning on opening a wine bar in Brixton. Watch this space. In the meantime, that’s a list worth celebrating. Guinness anyone?
