One of the first things we noticed when we visited was that the place feels very welcoming. The team is really diverse and there’s a wealth of fluencies in different languages (English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese) and they’ve worked hard to foster a welcoming environment where communication is effortless. Plus it’s open 6 days a week (including Sundays!) which means that The Beauty Lounge is able to accommodate a wide range of schedules.
It’s a beautiful, bright and spacious salon and we immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. They’re currently running a fantastic offer which we couldn’t resist: a deep cleanse facial plus a holistic back massage is only £80 instead of the usual £120! The kind of saving our January wallets need and the kind of treatments that we needed for a little 2024 refresh. There’s another deal for a luxury gel manicure and pedicure for just £55 which is pretty irresistible too. Our experience was calming and efficient and you really cant beat prices like that for the area. Aside from that, what we really appreciated when we visited was the clear personalisation that each client receives when visiting. Everything is bespoke and time was taken to really understand exactly what kind of feel/look we wanted from our appointment.
