Trinity’s legendary Wine Dinners are back for 2025, and this year, they’re raising the bar once again.
Each dinner is a carefully curated experience, designed to showcase incredible wines and the fascinating stories behind them. Chef-owner Adam Byatt has created a five-course seasonal menu, crafted to complement each pour. Expect flawless pairings, world-class winemakers, and an evening that’s as much about learning as it is about indulgence.
The evenings begin at 7 PM with drinks and nibbles, before guests settle in for a 7:30 PM start. Each event is fully inclusive, covering the menu, wines, coffee, water, and service charge—so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy.
Tickets are £250 per person, and demand is high, so early booking is recommended.

The 2025 series opens with a truly special evening hosted by Marion Ebner of Ebner-Ebenauer, an award-winning winemaking duo from Austria’s Weinviertel region. Their wines, crafted from ancient vines on a 20-hectare estate, have earned them the title of ‘Winemakers of the Year 2022’ by Falstaff. Expect a lineup of expressive, terroir-driven wines, perfectly paired with a stunning seasonal menu designed to bring out the best in each pour.
