Brindisa is hosting a 3 course supper club to celebrate all things Balearic. This year the Spanish tapas restaurant Brindisa is hosting a series of events where guests will be able to tuck in to region-specific delicacies from all over Spain. The next is on the 10th August, where the Balearic Islands are getting the spotlight. On the menu you can expect the summery flavours of coastal Spain. Roasted tomato tartlets, empanadillas, rabbit, rice casseroles and so much more.
