What’s on in Battersea this FEBRUARY

Ready to sink your teeth into February? Here are some of the goings on in Battersea to brighten up the wintery days.

Escape reality in style

Where: Battersea Arts Centre, SW11 5TN

The Night Court Ball is an evening of ‘enchantment and elegance’. This black tie event will let you escape reality with cosplayers to transport you to a magical realm, a string quartet and professional dancers to guide you to the dance floor. Tickets include professional photographs, a complimentary raffle ticket, a pre-ball scavenger hunt and some canapés too. Time to dust off that frock.


Get dark with this comedy show

This is a comedy show with a bit of a difference. First; it’s dark comedy. Second; it’s on a boat. So it’s going to be really fun. Get a full package ticket and you’ll get pizza and a drink to start your evening on deck, then head down and get ready to laugh. Warning: this comedy show isn’t for the easily offended!


Celebrate this Catalan festival

Tapas Brindisa are back again with their calçotada supper clubs! These supper clubs are a 3 course menus that celebrate the humble calçots. You’ll get start with calçots and romesco sauce, follow up with either a mixed grill of meats or a vegan friendly vegetable grill and finish with a crema catalana. Each course is accompanied by a carefully paired glass of wine too. “Get stuck in, don your bib and create some mess the traditional Spanish way“. Sounds good to us.

The wonderful team at Girls Who Walk are back with another event! This is less walking and more painting… paint your own vase (or trinket) whilst meeting a group of likeminded women.

Another creative one for you! 116 Cafe Bar are hosting a paint and sip evening where all you need to do is turn up ready for a good time. Your ticket include all the stuff you’ll need and you’ll also get a complimentary glass of wine or beer. A perfect way to finish the week off.
