5 places to watch the 6 Nations in Fulham

Looking for somewhere to get a piece of the rugby action? Duh! Here are our top five bookable spots in Fulham.

The Durrell Arms, SW6 5SA

If you’re crying out for that classic sports bar vibe, The Durrell is your spot. There will be a big atmosphere here- the kind where you’ll be slapping strangers on the back when the right team score and screaming at the ref together for missing something crucial. There’s a big, communal screen and then separate booths with their own screens too so you’ll not be far from the action.

The White Horse, SW6 4UL

This classic Parsons Green stomping ground which is always, always busy. It’s a strange day when there aren’t people spilling onto the pavement outside. For the rugby, expect it to be busy as ever- they’re putting up a screen especially for the occasion.

The Temperance Fulham, SW6 3LF

Just off Putney Bridge, The Temperance Fulham is the kind of place you can hunker down in for the whole day. There’s a pool table if you need to destress away from the action for a second, and loads of pizza and burger deals to turn to when the nervous energy has burned through all your reserves. And there’s a great happy hour deal of 2-4-1 cocktails to make the most of too.

McGettigan’s, SW6 1AA

As the name suggests, McGettigan’s is a classic Irish pub. Grab a perfectly pulled Guinness (or two) and cozy up in front of one of their 13 screens for the match.

The Rose, SW6 2AF

A little more of a ‘classy aesthetic’ The Rose is tucked away just off the  New Kings Road. They’ve got a really nice outdoor terrace to cool off in and they’re installing a big screen for all your rugby-viewing needs. Plus, throughout the 6 Nations you can  enjoy a match day burger, fries and pint for just £15. Now that is a guaranteed win!
