The Social Pantry have released their seasonal supper club schedule

Looking for cosy evening activities now that the weather is cooling down a bit? Stick these dates in your diary.

You may remember that a few weeks ago we wrote about the return of The Social Pantry’s supper clubs, but if you missed it, their first club of the season came back on the 7th September, where chef Andrea created a Venetian menu inspired by his upbringing in Northern Italy. Now they’ve released the dates for the rest of the supper clubs this year where, once a month (28th September, 19th October, 16th November and 7th December), they’ll be creating special set menus for an intimate group.

The menus are the creation of Social Pantry founder Alex Head and Head of Development Sarah Turner and- as can be expected with the Social Pantry’s ethos- the focus will be on seasonal, sustainable food. To tease you a little, they’ve already released their September menu. Check it out:

Starter

Smoked Mackerel Rilette with Pickled Chucky Cucumber Salad or Whipped Homemade Ricotta with Zero Waste Herb Oil (v)

Main

Breaded Chicken Schnitzel with Celeriac Remoulade & Chicken Crumb or Breaded Aubergine Schnitzel with Celeriac Remoulade (v)

Sides

Grilled Leeks with Zero Waste Crumb (v) and Herb Salted Fries with Mustard Aioli (v)

Dessert

Damson Pannacotta with Fennel Shortbread (v)
