Brindisa Balham has just had a big glow up, making it the spot to grab your Spanish speciality groceries, Spanish jamón and delicious ready-to-go sandwhiches. With their brand new space sorted, they’re starting up some events which foodies are going to flock to. Check out the dates and details below.
Ham School 25th October, 6.30pm-8.30pm
This will be an evening of all things Spanish jamón. You’ll hear all about the history and different regional varieties of the ham as well as turning you hand to the slicing yourself- all under the instruction of their master carvers. And the best bit? Everything you prepare you take home with you!
Cheese & Sherry Tasting 8th November, 6.30pm -7.30pm
Lucas is the wine and cheese specialist at Brindisa, and he’ll be taking you through 4 different sherries over the evening. Paired, of course, with artisan cheese.
Wine and Food Pairing with Cillar de Silos 29th November, 6.30pm-7.30pm
Wines from the Castille region in Spain are going to be highlighted on this night. You’ll try some of the finest wines from Cillar de Silos, all of which will be carefully paired with some classic Brindisa Spanish nibbles.
