Balham is getting a food market

You just need to head down to Tooting Market on a Thursday evening to see that everyone loves an informal foody spot. With the buzz of different vendors round each corner, the smells and tastes of a market is quite the sensory overload. The Post Food Court is going to be Balham’s answer to their local’s cravings.

Set to open on the 4th October, the court will take over the newly renovated space where the old Post Office used to live. It will be a classically styled food market, with multiple vendors with food from all over the world, indoor seating and spots for kicking back with a pint or glass of wine. They’ll also be showing all the big sporting events, so they are set to become quite the hub of activity.

We are yet to hear about any confirmed vendors, but we are sure this is about to become your new gastronomical delight. Hang tight for October!
