It’s no secret that we’re big En Root fans and their delicious, healthy, vegan food. So we are thrilled they’ve got another location coming!
They’ve got two restaurants (in Clapham and in Peckham), they’ve got two kitchen residencies (one at the Ritzy Cinema in Brixton and the other at the Railway Tavern in Tulse Hill) and now they’ve got a fifth site to add to their fleet. This plant-based, Indian-inspired, health-forward eatery will be opening in the heart of Balham at Dog House fitness studio!
The ‘Zen Den’ will be a 3 month pop-up with a menu bespoke to the location. And the location makes total sense; En Root is all about nourishing food that will leave you feeling satisfied and full of goodness… exactly the kind of food that would be perfect after an intense workout at Dog House.
En Root will be serving breakfast, lunch, smoothies and hot drinks and the menu looks every bit as good as you’d expect. Power porridge, avocado on paratha, a buddha bowl, wraps, soup and some drinks that will make you feel incredible. As ever, this is plant power at it’s finest.
