Activities & Events
What: ‘A celebration to honour all mothers’
Where: The Courtesan, SW9 8PU
The Courtesan is handing over the reigns to West End leading man Tim Rogers (you’ll have seen him in the big hitters like Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story and Carousel) to take you through an evening of serenades and show tunes. On the 19th Tim will be joined on stage by other performers for a packed cast of talent. Perfect if you want to show your theatre-loving mum a slightly different evening out.
What: Mum and Me cocktail class
Where: The Sea Garden, SW9 8LD
This 1920’s themed cocktail making class is a fun way to celebrate. In this experience you’ll get a welcome cocktail and canapé, a cocktail making workshop (you bet you’ll be drinking your creation) and then finish up with brunch. 2.5 hours of quality time with your mum, sorted. P.S; there are a few dates available so if you can’t make the day itself, check out the calendar for some other options.
What: Live jazz and free drinks
Where: Effra Social, SW2 1DF
Book a table at Effra Social on the 19th and not only will she get whatever she wants to drink for free(!) but you’ll both get free entertainment. Alex Lockheart will be performing some live jazz from 2pm, alongside a special guest. Get those bookings in!
What: Take your mum climbing
Where: Substation, SW2 5DZ
Got a mum who is up for something a bit different? Take her climbing this Sunday at Substation, where every mum climbs for free! Get sweaty and have a laugh together- a recipe for some proper bonding!
