TICKETS NOW LIVE: Oktoberfest is coming to Clapham, and you’re invited!

Oktoberfest is about to land on Clapham soil and tickets are on sale now. Snap them up and get your steins at the ready.

October is begging for a bit of excitement, and here it is. Oktoberfest is coming to Clapham Common from the 5th until the 8th October and it’s really, really, mega exciting. Here to deliver the ‘best Oktoberfest outside of Munich‘, this celebration isn’t messing around. For three days they’ll be bringing the party in big, bold German style. Over 5 different sessions around 12,500 people will descend to the south west to don the lederhosen, raise a stein and have a very merry time.

This is a first of it’s kind outdoor event that you can expect more from than your usual October knees-up. Don’t just think of this as a place to drink a beer or two with your mates (although you’ll certainly be able to do that too), because there’s a lot going on at Oktoberfest on the Common. Think of this as more of an immersive experience; a full brass band will play classics and lead games on the stage, fairground rides, two traditional swing grills with loads of bratwurst, pretzels and drinks on the move from the walking catering team, photo booths, a keg tapping ceremony, axe throwing and a German compare to keep everything running smoothly. Whilst there’s going to be loads of room for outside fun, there will be a fully decorated festival style big top to party away in which is going to be especially useful if the weather turns.

The beer is a big focus and Munich’s very own Paulaner Brewery is going to be the supplier of authentic German beers- but if you’re not a fan of the pints then don’t panic because there will be a fully stocked bars with happy hours running and excellent deals to keep the party pumping. Thursday, Friday and Saturday will see evening sessions going on until 11.30pm, whilst Sunday will wind down at a sensible 5pm, giving you plenty of time to recover before the Monday morning commute hits.

You want in, don’t you? Well the good news is that tickets for Oktoberfest are on sale NOW, so make moves and get your tickets before they disappear. When you’ve got your tickets? Get online and find the perfect lederhosen for you and your crew. If you need us in October, you know where to find us… and we’ll have a stein in hand.
