Finding the perfect Christmas tree can be harder than getting a match on hinge. But, just like finding a date on hinge, there are some non-negotiables: they’ve got to smell good, like nature, don’t mind wearing a silly hat and have to be just the right height… Thankfully our friends at Jekyll + Wild are here to make the picking process that little bit easier. This gorgeous store sits beautifully on the corner in Clapham Old Town and best known for serving Clapham with enchanting indoor plants and premium pots.
But for the festive season, they’ve got some premium grade, long lasting, beautifully smelling Christmas trees (and no, it’s not too early!). Owner Kevin is an expert when it comes to all things green and it’s worth the trip to Jekyll + Wild just to experience his north-eastern charm. He’ll probably be wearing a Santa hat and he’ll definitely be ready to chat all things Christmas trees with you.
Though the store is small, their range of trees is big and they’ve got all kinds; fat, thin, short and tall (3ft to 8ft to be precise) so no matter your pine preference, you’re sure to find your match here. Jekyll + Wild will also be extending their opening hours until 8pm so roll up, roll up and get them on your way home from work!
