The London foodie pop-up scene is, quite frankly, popping. There’s constantly new bagel places, pizza vans and burger shacks springing up in the capital. And we get why. They’re delightfully simple. They always bring the A-game. They’re adding to the buzz by making a fleeting appearance.

So of course we were thrilled to hear that Ruben’s Rubens are popping up in Market Row for the whole of November. The concept started in Brixton over Covid, when Ruben began smoking meat and cured fish in the garden to pass the long lockdown hours. What started as a hobby inspired by his Polish-Jewish heritage has turned into a juggernaut of the London food scene. The menu hasn’t been released yet, but expect all things BBQ’d (burnt ends, wedges of cabbage, sausages…) and pickles, hearty slaws and breads to go with.

The pop up will be open at No.10 Market Row from Weds-Fri (6pm-11pm) and weekends (12pm-11pm). See you in the queue.
