The Lifted tour is only in the UK for 4 dates and you won’t have to go far to see it- the first one is being hosted right here.
The very best of the UK’s Gospel and R&B artists are touring the country over 4 dates this May. Bristol, Manchester and Birmingham will all be getting a taste of the music, but up first: Brixton. On the 16th May Brixton Jamm will be hosting the only London showing of this tour, featuring Annatoria, Asha Elia and Still Shadey.
If you don’t know this talented trio, get to know. These Gospel and R&B specialists are the rising stars in the industry. Here’s a bit more about them:
Annatoria: This Zimbabwe-born singer from the Midlands won the ninth series of The Voice UK (her winner’s single was an epic cover version of Robbie Williams’ ‘Angels’). Annatoria has gone on to release an EP, ‘Count My Blessings’, which includes her most popular track ‘Stay with Me’.
Asha Elia: A fast-emerging artist focused on bringing a faith-filled, contemporary vibe to RnB and Afrobeats. Originally from Bristol, Asha has been taking her effortlessly soft sound globe, with singles such as ‘Love is Sweet’ and ‘New Me’. She is Step FWD’s artist of the year.
Still Shadey: The MOBO award-winning artist is a multifaceted entertainer and electric performer. With millions of streams accumulated online, including his hit Blessings, the British-born (of Nigerian descent) star has built his reputation from thought-provoking lyricism, serving fans with wholesome sounds.
