Flora has blossomed in Tooting Market and it’s got coffees, it’s got brunch and it’s got your name written all over it.
It’s not a secret that us SW London folks love our brunch, so we were pretty sad when our old faithful, Brickwood, shut its doors in its SW17 location. But the good news is that Flora has opened in its place! It’s owned by the same brains behind the ever popular Butchers Grill, which opened just a few months ago in Tooting and has been a proven success… We think this next venture of theirs will follow suit.
As the name suggests it’s an instagrammers paradise, with lots of flowers and greenery adorning its wood and wicker structures. The menu is packed full of all the classics that you know and love. Think eggs Benedict, avocado toast, full English… the works. Or if you’r looking for something lighter then they’ve got a tempting array of baked goods on the counter too. Just try to resist!
Coffees are freshly brewed during the day and when it gets later there’ll be a fully stocked bar where you’ll be able to order cocktails to see the day out. During the weekends Flora will be staying open later into the evening where you can get some Mediterranean tapas along with your drinks.
