There’s a new restaurant opening in Arcade Food Hall this October

Solis is going to be a standalone restaurant attached to Arcade Food Hall. It’ll be your new meaty, smokey BFF.

Solis is the brand new restaurant from TATA Eatery chefs Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng. Opening on 4th October, this will be a standalone 80 cover eatery attached to the (already very buzzy) Arcade Food Hall inside the Power Station. Taking global influence from Spain, Portugal, Uruguay and Argentina, the food will be a little spicy and a lot comforting.

Solis is bringing out a small but impactful menu. The main courses centre around two dishes; the 1/2 spatchcock chicken with a smoked Aji-Aji oil and the flat-iron steak with entrecôte sauce. Both come with chips and a simple Portuguese tomato and onion salad. Other than those delicious sounding plates, there will be some smaller bites to nibble on; Huevos Rellenos (a Spanish devilled egg), Elotes Asados, beef croquetas and baguette topped with the house chimichurri. As we said- comfort food at its best. Wash down those bold flavours with jugs of sangria or a Uruguayan wine and you’ve got a very fine night on the cards.
