Ready to don your dirndls and lederhosen? Because Oktoberfest is coming to Clapham Common, and it’s going to be massive!
A whopping 35,000 litres of beer will be flowing over two weekends this October, making this the biggest Oktoberfest party in the UK.
Mark your calendars for October 11-12 and 17-19. Over these two weekends, Clapham Common will be transformed into a giant Bavarian beer hall, with an expected 17,500 people attending across seven epic sessions. If you love a good beer-filled party, this one’s going to be hard to beat!
Well, besides a lot of beer, there’s going to be plenty of traditional German fun. Think oompah music to get you up and dancing, huge salty pretzels to munch on, and all the sausages you could ever dream of. There’ll even be some fairground rides and keg-tapping contests to keep things interesting. It’s the ultimate Oktoberfest experience, right here in South West London.
Tickets start at £31.50, but heads up – there’s no entry on the door. You’ll need to grab your tickets in advance if you want to get in on the fun. So, if you’re thinking of coming along (and why wouldn’t you?), make sure you’re organised and secure those tickets!
If you’re ready to go all-in for the UK’s biggest Oktoberfest celebration, grab your tickets and get ready for a weekend of beer, food, and fun on Clapham Common. See you there!
