Our ’23 dreams have come true! Vermicelli and wine bar Unwined are coming together for an evening of fresh pasta and vino. We’re in!
Celebrate the end of Dry Jan or just welcome in February with this special Tooting Market trader collaboration between Italian pasta kings Vermicelli and wine merchants Unwined. Together they are putting on an evening of fresh pasta and ‘fizz’, where you’ll get a paired three course menu to really kickstart your month with a pop.
Included in the £40 ticket price is three glasses of bubbles that will perfectly compliment the meal. Vermicelli are, of course, taking on the food- and if you’ve already eaten there before you’ll know that this is something to be excited about. Whilst you sip on your first glass of ‘La Jara’ Prosecco, the menu kicks things off with a vibrant tomato and mozzarella arancini. This followed up with either a slow cooked beef shin ragu with pappardelle or a vegetarian-friendly carbonara with vermicelli and a glass of Villa Cialdini Lambrusco Grasparossa. Complete the meal with a luxurious panna cotta and a Ca ed Balos Moscato d’Asti to wash it down with.
