SoBe is already established in Leicester, and now they are coming south and bringing Miami sunshine… in the form of delicious burgers.
Just in time for BBQ season! SoBe Burger is the latest Pop resident, and they are getting ready too cook you the finest Miami-inspired burgers you’ve ever put your mouth on. They have a simple but punchy menu of classic burgers. Expect to see the classics like bacon cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers and the signature SoBe cheeseburger: aged beef patty, American cheese, lettuce and SoBe sauce all wrapped up in a demi-brioche bun. Delicious. Look out for some of the more inventive options too- we are especially interested in some action from the garlic mayo crispy onion burger, which comes with a confit garlic mayo. Think aioli but fancy.
We can’t wait for SoBe and their burgers to hit Pop Brixton this summer. And, with a menu like that we think they’ll go down as well as… well, a burger on a hot day.
