Don’t sit twiddling your thumbs this month! There’s a lot to do in Battersea in March, here’s a list of what you should be getting up to.

Where: The Clapham Grand, SW11 1TT
This independent Ukrainian band is coming to The Clapham Grand for one night only. Enjoy their ‘heavy arrangements, melodic parts, profound lyrics and soul vocals’. They’re true performers too, so it’s going to be a good show.
Go to a play date
When: 2nd March
Where: The Goat, SW11 1EQ
It’s speed-dating, but with board games. Take the awkwardness out of that first meeting by breaking the ice with a fun activity to do. You’ll meet up to 20 people in the evening and who knows, maybe you’ll end up with a spot of ‘Twister’.
Go to the bingo
When: 3rd March
Where: The Clapham Grand, SW11 1TT
You should know by now that when we talk about going to the bingo, we aren’t talking about your regular bingo. This is Bongo’s Bingo and it is wild. Singalongs, competitions, dance offs and, as they put it, ‘sick prizes’.
Get iconic at this bottomless brunch
When: 11th March
Where: Blame Gloria, SW11 1HW
We mean it when we say iconic. This drag hosted brunch will get you 90 minutes of unlimited cocktails, a brunch dish and cabaret, singalongs and incredible tunes from some of pop’s biggest icons. Careful though, they warn a ‘bloody big hangover’ will be waiting for you in the morning. Worth it.
Treat your dog like the VIP they are
When: 1st March
Where: Battersea Power Station, SW11 8AL
In this case, VIP = Very Important Pup. On the 1st, plan your evening dog walk around the Power Station’s Light Festival for a special dog friendly night. Let them socialise with other friendly pooches and get them papped by the official photographer. Plus, if you tag the Power Station in your snaps then you’ll be entered into a competition to win loads of prizes for your pooch!
Get retro at this silent disco
When: 4th March
Where: Battersea Arts Centre, SW11 5TN
There’s nothing more retro than a silent disco, right? Wrong! Cause this is a 90’s silent disco! Don the headphones and get ready to hear some of your favourite vintage bangers as you dance the night away.
