We don’t know about you, but wine and cheese have a very sacred place in our hearts. If you’re the same, don’t miss out on this event.
Ok, we are aware that nothing can ever be ‘perfect’. But if ever there was a perfect evening, it would look a little bit like this to us. Willows is hosting a night of wine and cheese at their brand new restaurant/deli in Clapham Old Town. In true Willows style, it will be focusing on top quality produce in their signature relaxed setting.
The evening will be hosted by cheese aficionado James Grant, owner of No. 2 Pound Street (a Buckinghamshire cheesemongers) James has won many prestigious awards in his time such as The Tatler Restaurant Award and The World Restaurant Awards Top 100. He is also one of the most knowledgable minds in the British cheese world, and he will be bringing that knowledge to your tables in the evening as he takes you through cheese masterclass.
The masterclass will consist of a tasting journey of 5 cheeses. Each cheese will come with a specially selected accompaniment (think a pickle, chutney or drizzle) and a paired glass of wine too. You’ll not only learn a lot about cheese, but you’ll also have a really great time with your own, beautifully presented, cheese and wine board.
Tickets for this masterclass are just £35, which includes all of the above. We predict these will go as quickly as very well priced cheese and wine evening tickets do. So clear your diary for 7pm on the 10th Feb and book those tickets STAT.
