Launching the series is “Saluti da Bologna,” a tribute to the city where Berberè’s pizza-making adventure began in 2010. Renowned as the culinary capital of the world, Bologna inspires a pizza featuring fior di latte mozzarella, smashed potatoes, Asiago cheese, and luscious slices of Mortadella sourced from the esteemed Macelleria Zivieri. Paired perfectly with a glass of Paltrinieri Solco Lambrusco, this pizza promises to transport diners to the heart of Bologna’s vibrant food scene.
As the summer months approach, attention turns to Rimini, a coastal paradise famous for its fresh seafood and breathtaking scenery.
