Launching the series is “Saluti da Bologna,” a tribute to the city where Berberè’s pizza-making adventure began in 2010. Renowned as the culinary capital of the world, Bologna inspires a pizza featuring fior di latte mozzarella, smashed potatoes, Asiago cheese, and luscious slices of Mortadella sourced from the esteemed Macelleria Zivieri. Paired perfectly with a glass of Paltrinieri Solco Lambrusco, this pizza promises to transport diners to the heart of Bologna’s vibrant food scene.
As the summer months approach, attention turns to Rimini, a coastal paradise famous for its fresh seafood and breathtaking scenery. The “Saluti da Rimini” pizza captures the essence of beachside dining with its vibrant flavours and refreshing ingredients, reminiscent of lazy days spent by the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea.
In autumn, the spotlight shifts to Florence, a city steeped in history and renowned for its artistic heritage. The “Saluti da Florence” pizza celebrates the season with hearty ingredients like cavolo nero and ribollita, offering a taste of Tuscan comfort and tradition with every bite.
