There might not be such a thing as a free lunch. But £1 lunch? It’s real and it is something we can get behind.
Island Poke have been open on the Northcote Road for a month now, and to really celebrate their coming to Battersea they are giving you lunch for £1! That’s saving you up to £6.99!
The first 500 house bowls will be just a quid, which means you can get some of their show stopping salmon and tuna classics for a lunch cheaper than a Tesco meal deal. If you want to mix it up a bit, they also do killer chicken, steak, miso aubergine and tofu bowls as part of their house numbers, so there really is something for everyone.
Get down there early though, because it’s first come, first serve. They open at 11am and will be giving out the £1 bowls until all 500 have run out. See you in the queue.
