Mann’s Got Munch; the over 60’s Christmas Special

Mann’s Got Munch is a foodie company set up by Sophie Mann. Whilst recipe writing and supper club hosting is her usual gig, this Christmas Sophie is doing something extra special. Over Christmas 1.5 million elderly people report feeling much lonelier than usual- a huge number of people, especially at a time that is all about coming together.

Sophie is combating that in South West London this year by putting on a festive extravaganza for those aged 60+ who would otherwise be spending Christmas Day alone. Teaming up with The Furzedown Project, Mann’s Got Munch will be putting on a 3 course festive feast as well as entertainment for guests at 1pm over at the Woodlands Centre in Streatham. To pull off this feat, Sophie is looking for your help. She needs to raise money to go towards the venue hire, ingredients and goodie bags for the guests to take home with them. She also is looking for local businesses to donate prizes for the games, volunteers to help on the day and anyone who might be able to help transport guests to and from the venue. Think you can help?
