The 25th January is Burns Night. It’s also a great excuse to have a fantastic, Scottish meal and drink whiskey at The Pigs Head.
Are you celebrating Burns Night? Whether you love a Scottish knees up or not, The Pigs Head is hosting an evening you’ll not want to miss. Their evening of whisky tasting and supper on the 25th January will be a good time- no matter your relationship with old Rabbie Burns.
The evening will be full of “great drams”, dinner and will be hosted by Aeneas O’Hara- an expert on luxury Scottish experiences- so you’ll certainly be getting a five star experience. The dinner will be a truly Scottish affair with that Pigs Head touch that you know and love; scotch eggs, lamb rump with a haggis, neep and tattie croquette and finishing up with, get this, deep fried Mars bar petit fours.
Only The Pigs Head could pull off a menu like that and we are sure it is going to be every bit as delicious as it sounds. Of course you’ll need something to whet your whistle, so the evening starts with 2 whiskies to taste and then each course will be served with a specially paired whiskey too.
Tickets for this one are flying as quickly as a spin in a stripping of the willow, so snap them up whilst you get the chance.
