Yep, you did read the headline right. A wine riot. In Pop Brixton. The event of the year? Probably. Where do we sign up?
There is nowhere else you should be on the 17th December other than Pop Brixton. Between 12pm and 4pm there will be 4 hours of wine tasting, live DJ’s and festive vibes. Of course, you’ll be surrounded by the delicious foodie stalls in Pop, so you can get some great snacks in you to fuel your wine browsing mission.
Specialist Cellars is Pop Brixton’s finest wine bar and shop and thus make the perfect hosts for this mammoth celebrations of all things fermented grape. Included in your ticket to Wine Riot will be tasting of over 60 wines from over 25 different wineries across the new world (so we are talking bottles from New Zealand, Australia and South Africa). You’ll be able to try before you buy at incredible prices- all wines will be selling at retail price and there is likely going to be some great discounts on the day too. This is the perfect afternoon to sort out your Christmas drinking and maybe even pick up some prezzies too… if you don’t drink your way through them first.
